During alternative service hours, staff will still be onsite to care for dogs boarding at their normal schedule, but will not be available for pick-ups or drop-offs

Was fortunate enough to find this small, personal, caring dog boarding place in SF. After a long stay, I've got two happy pups that were taken care of, got to make friends with other dogs, and had an enjoyable boarding experience. Great updates through the stay, both directly and through Instagram videos. Happy to recommend Hang Around Hounds for those that don't want the corporate experience for their doggies
This is a long-overdue review of the most wonderful doggy daycare. Our lives would not be the same without Theresa and James. We are out of town A LOT and only trust Hang Around Hound to watch our complicated pup. They are dog behavior experts and can quickly identify which dogs need calm, quiet spaces, which dogs need private kennels vs. blanket cuddle puddles for sleep, and which are the problem children that need extra attention. They are the ultimate dog whisperers, and we are so lucky to have found them.

Theresa and James are amazing! They are so accommodating and kind. They also occasionally share little videos of our dog having fun and other updates, which we love. And of course our dog is always so excited to be at Hang Around when it is time to drop her off, and it is clear she has gotten all of her puppy energy out when it is time to pick her up at the end of the day. We very much recommend Hang Around Hound!
